Dear tech guys, pls give me a solution to my problem.
I'm new to google spreadsheet and form. And don't know A B C D of script writing or java script.
I have created a spreadsheet with name
"Scheme" and a form with name
"Scheme Report" in my drive. Anyone can view it in
www.sonenet.blogspot.com
My need is the linking between these two items.
If a visitor select a particular name of office, name of scheme in "
Scheme Report" Form, the corresponding figures noted in the "
Allotted" and "
Balance" columns has to be automatically displayed in form. Alongwith this the amount the visitor enters as "
Amount Expended" is to be stored in one another google spreadsheet.
Is there any way or method to solve this requirement??
For more example,
If "
VD Avoly" is selected as "
Name of Office" and "
Regular Field Visit" is selected as "
Name of Scheme" then "
10000" has to be automatically displayed as "
Allotted Fund" and "
250" has to be automatically displayed as "
Balance Amount"
And the number, entered by visitor in "
Amount Expended" box has to be saved in another spreadsheet if the entered number is lower than balance amount. If the entered number is greater than the number displayed in "
Balance Amount" box, then a custom error message to be displayed.
