Video Gallery in Asp.net

I want to display videos list like this style, in place of pic there will be video thumbnill and when i click that thumbnill a pop up apperas and videos shuld be played in that popup. more on there are also to update/delete video facilitye with it. How can i do this and what sort of technique.

i have store the videos in my project folder, and their url in database.

Yes i had use http://www.videojs.com/ video player but it doesn't play videos on aspx page. but when the same code on .html page works....

didn't know how to achieve his,, i Google this but not found anything.
tries to achieve this through data pager and list view but didn't find the way i wanted.

You can't find the exact examples. You have to try and fail, then try again....
Search how to create thumbnails... Then see how clicking on that, you will open a popup. The last step is to play the video on popup. So, go step by step...
