How do you make a site go "full screen" not just in the browser but the whole monitor?

Well if you really want to annoy your users, http://www.google.com/search?q=asp.net+full+screen+browser

Why? It's the user right to choose the size of the browser window.

Oh yes, I bought that large second screen just for those great web designers to be filled by their crap! If I experience such annoyance, that site gets blacklisted and will never be visited again (also not by accident: my blacklist does prevent that).

For yourself press F11...
Now if you want to do it to the user.. Unless it is specifically for a person who requestes.. don't do it.. You will only get people upset..
