Want to display the gridview record in column wise in tab container in asp.net

In run mode gridview record in tab container as follows

Managment(Tab container Name)

when i click Managment (tab container name) i want to display the record in gridview as follows

how is your mgt Dropdownlist1
is your mgt is reliable Dropdownlist2

for getting above output how can i write the code in asp.net using c#.
