how to alter more than one stored procedure at time

I have more than one sql stored procedure and functions.
Now I want to create batch file to run(or alter all stored procedure and functions) on running of batch file.
Any suggestion provide me.

Very simple! Just write GO statement after every alter script.

SQL

Alter Proc_1 
as 
begin
end

GO

Alter Proc_2
as
begin
end
