           {
               foreach (var cp in sl.coreProducts)
               {
                  if (cp.coreProductKey == coreproductKey)
                  {
                      coreproduct = cp;
                      break;
                  }
               }
           }

I need the cp which meets the condition

Try the following :

foreach (var sl in serviceList)
{
   var cp = sl.coreProducts.Find(x => x.coreProductKey == coreproductkey);
   if(cp!=null)
   {
      coreproduct = cp;
      break;
   }
}
