Solution 1

It seems your caps lock key is broken. Java is a case sensitive language. The link to the job board is above, if you want someone to give you source code to do what you require then you need to advertise and offer to pay someone to do it.

Why don't you actually write the code? There's a RFC [^] available, hence the requirements for your software would be well defined.
