Problem with adding VLC component to c#.net

dear sir
I want to use access_imem plugin to my project!
I Installed VLC 2.0.8 and try to add its components to my Form
but it give me an error follows:

I registered axvlc.dll and set my .net target to 2.0, 3, 3.5...
but it cant works yet...
help me please...

Solution 1

I haven't tried to use that specific version of VLC media player but I did see the COMException with v2.1.3.

I reverted to version 2.0.5 which has a functioning AxVlcPlugin2.
