Grid with WindowStyle.

I have grids in my window, Every grid contains some control in it. it has some rows & columns.
I wanted to apply min/max/restore features to grid. like WPF window where we can minimize/maximize grid.

How can we achieve this? Can we have other content place holder which has windowstyle?
