The post is not a question and makes no sense. One possible "development environment" could be Visual Studio. This is almost irrelevant to ASP.NET MVC. Moreover, there is no such thing as a choice between ".ASPX" and Razor. ".ASPX" is just the format of the file artifact of ASP.NET development; and Razor is a view engine:
