To start with, never use ArrayList; use System.Collections.Generic.List<>.

You are confused I think...You made a mess between client-side and server-side.
JavaScript is on the client, where TextBox and ListBox are types belong to the server...
I suggest you stop for a moment and re-think your goals and design!

Thanks Korneld for your prompt response, Here basically I want to add Text Box Items to Listbox without server Post back in C# and than I should assign listbox items to Array list, Could you please please help me
