By using LT_INIT instead of AC_PROG_RANLIB :-)

Apparently, autoconfigue will spit out this warning even if the AC_PROG_RANLIB command is commented out. I have LT_INIT([disable-shared]) in my configure.ac and a commented out AC_PROG_RANLIB (i.e., "#AC_PROG_RANLIB") command. I get this warning whenever I autoreconf -i. However, if I delete the line completely, the warning goes away.
It sounds like a "feature" to me...

P.s., the OS is ubuntu 20.04. Autoconf --version == 2.69
