Build provider error

hi guys, when I deploy my .net website on server it gives me following error:
The element 'buildProviders' cannot be defined below the application level.

Following is my web.config file error shown:

<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304">

<buildproviders><add extension=".rpt" type="CrystalDecisions.Web.Compilation.RptBuildProvider, CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304">
<httpruntime targetframework="4.5">
<httphandlers><add verb="GET" path="CrystalImageHandler.aspx" type="CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalImageHandler, CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304">

Any help on this.

You forgot to create an application in IIS for you web application folder.
