How do I get and use Dynamic Link Library(dll) for Optical character recognition(ocr) technology.

My project is extracting text from image and convert that text into speech. I'm using visual studio 2013 and C# code. Extracting text from image OCR technology is used. So i want to know how to get and use OCR dll.

The dlls which are availabe are not free.so need to purchase them.

Solution 1

You could try Tesseract[^]. It is free as far as I know.
