wordpress Woocommerce billing form Issue

Hi,

I got an issue in woocommerce billing form. My cities dropdown is not working.When i selected the state the respective cities of that states must be shown in the dropdown.But inspite of that my cities drop down was disabled and going on loading .Please provide me the solution for this.
