How to rebuild a corrupted msdb database in SQL Server 2012?

I was trying to import the Northwind database, but I didn't notice that the "Use Northwind" part wasn't copied, also, the server management had selected the database MSDB.
I've tried starting the SQL Server service with the parameter "-T3608" but it didn't work.
Any ideas? (I just started working with SQL)
