2013 SAP Crystal Report client deployment error

Hi experts,

i cannot installed sap crystal reporting on a client computer. i already installed CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_10 but it says;

unable to install or run the application. the application requires that assembly log4net version 1.2.10.0 be installed in the global assembly cache(gac) first

please help. Thanks
