This is really a site for programmers, not people who don't know how to use their computers.

Partition your hard drive. Install XP on the first partition. Install Vista on the second and it will set itself up with a dual boot menu when it starts up. Consider taking a basic adult ed course on how to use a computer, buying a 'for dummies' book, or just investigating how google works, there's tons of tutorials on the web for people like you.
