I want to compare two word documents and find difference between them, after accepting and rejecting each difference i need to restore changes in original file. Can anybody suggest any .Net library or document comparison tool so that i can use it in my C# ASP.Net application.

There are very less chance that you will get some reasonable answer with such question. The reason is, it seems more like a list of requirements.

What have you tried so far? Where is the code block you have implemented?

Why don't you use programs already made for such purpose. There should be free ones too.
