How to Insert values using textboxes in gridview

I am creating a website where user have to fill the textboxes which are inside the gridview and then the values with textboxes gets saved..

Car Name Owner Name StartPlace Endplace Date
MAruti ABC __________ ________ _____

carname and ownername will come from table and user have to fill startplace endplave and date...

sorry but i am adding a fresh value to a textbox which is inside gridview, i do not want to edit or update gridview, but instead i want it to be through textboxes..
