how to publish the network drive as virtual directory in iis

Hi sir,
I need steps to publish the network drive as virtual directory in IIS.
I tried to host the network drive as virtual directory in IIS. I am getting the below error . Kindly give me the solution to solve the problem.

[Note: I gave full permission to network drive. I Change the application pool settings Advance Setting==> Application Pool Identity==>Custom account and i provide the username and password to access]

Still i did not access the drive.
