how to use after insert trigger for two different database tables

i have a database DB1 and table in it named Employee_Test and another database DB2 and table in it named Employee_Test_Audit. when i insert data in table Employee_Test of database DB1 then that data should be stored in table Employee_Test_Audit of database DB2. so, how can i do this with the help of after insert trigger????

can u tell me db1 and db2 are of same type or different i.e.,both are oracle or sql or one sql and other oracle?
