.DXF to g-code

Hi all!
I want to write a program in C# that will convert a .dxf file to a g-code file. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

here is a CNC Controller program written in VB6 it converts DXF to GCODE the program can be converted to C# i have managed to convert alot of it! the dxf to gcode is the easy part!
