Deployment application with Database

Hi,
I am new in creating setup project in C#.net. I need to create the C# windows setup project so that when the user install the project the Database will also be created and restored in user's PC if sql server is exits in the PC. Otherwise, the setup will warn that no sql server is exit in the PC and will rollback the installation.

For this i tried the way, i put the backupFile in setup project as file. i tried to get it from User's target Directory (such as D:\Program files\....) but failed. The error message is can not find the file at location c:\Windows\System32\Files........

plz help me.
