Write a Java, C++ or Python program that uses OpenCV to read in a AVI file and save 1 frame per second for a 30 second period, eachas a separate image file. It can be any AVI file (prompt for and read inthe filename), with any frame rate (you must obtain the frame rate from the file).
i need program source code please can any help me .
