attach file using vb.net and skype DLL

I have to attach and send file to Skype user using vb.net
I don't want to use Skype attachment dialog I have to create my own how can I do this Skype is giving me following attachment syntax but I don't want to use this.

AxSkype1.Client.OpenFileTransferDialog("skypeID", "")
