Without your code, we can't do much - and just the error stack trace it's a lot of help.
So look at the error message: "The system cannot find the file specified" and a quick look at the trace says this is coming from SQL. So basically, you have top SQL to look at a file (database, or perhaps to load a query or some XML from a file) and the computer running SQL Server can't find the file.

There are load of different ways you might have done this: you could have used a bad connection string, attaching a file that doesn't exist; You could have tried to get SQL to open a file on your client computer, or on your web server.

Things like this generally work in development, and then fail in production because in dev, the client, server, and SQL Server are all the same machine. So start with your code, and look for where you specify file paths, and see if any of them refer to the "wrong" machine.
