Sorry, it is still not clear what your problem is. Adding records to a datagrid is a fairly simple process and there are many samples that you can find in the MSDN documentation, CodeProject articles, and via Google.

yes you get it but when onclick i have 2 text boxes and combo boxes when user click add button the record added in data grid

Sorry but I still do not understand what your problem is. I suggest you do some Google searching for sample code and then you can decide which sample addresses your problem.
