How to Add Expression Blend With .Net 2010 or 2012?

Hello,

I have a problem with create WPF application.
I want to use expression blend in Visual Studio 2010.
But my project or xaml file its not opening in Expression Blend.
But Expression blend already installed in my system, So how can we add Expression Blend Option with Visual Studio 2010.
