How to add application shortcut in start menu from .net setup project

Hi,
I have developed one .net setup project to install my windows .net application and it works fine, but I need two enhancements.

1. This setup should add application shortcut to start menu.
2. This setup should also place shortcut on desktop.

How we can do it?

Right Click "File System on Target Machine" and select "User's Start Menu" in "Add Special Folder"

In that pane, click "User's Start Menu". In the pane next to it, right click and click "Create New Shortcut". Choose your locations etc. and you are done.

Repeat the same procedure by clicking "User's Desktop"
