Send mail from Database Mail in sql server 2008 r2

Dear All,
I want to send a mail using database configuration...
I added a profile and account with basic authentication
username and password.
And used in correct server and port...But i got the following error when send a mail.

The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 13 (2015-03-06T11:58:15). Exception Message: Could not connect to mail server. (An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions 191.234.140.194:587). )

Pls do the needful...Thanks in advance...

Did you googled about your error?

Check whether you have valid email or not?

Ya...its shows to check the firewall...
checked...not working...
and i used correct email id only...

What's the mail server you are using? Make sure you could connect to the mail server from your database server. You try to ping it at first instance.
