i have been supplied with a public key (below) and need to encrypt some data before sending vian an http post. how do i go about this?

Have a look at this: Public Key RSA Encryption in C# .NET[^] - it may not do exactly what you want (I have no idea what encryption algorithm you are supposed to use) but the principles will be the same for them all.
