Unable to publish VS2012 Project

I am using VS2012 with CR13,Framework4.5. But unable to publish project.

Error:- Error 4 Copying file aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13\ActiveXControls\PrintControl.cab to obj\Release\AspnetCompileMerge\Source\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13\ActiveXControls\PrintControl.cab failed. Could not find file 'aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers13\ActiveXControls\PrintControl.cab'.

Please Help

Could not find file. Isn't that enough for you to understand the problem?

Do you understand English? Could not find file means that the file which is required is not found. Make sure it is present!

PrintControl.cab is present in project.
