File.Read/WriteAllBytes will easily load and store a file as a byte array and Convert.To/FromBase64CharArray and Convert.To/FromBase64String will convert byte arrays to/from base 64 formats.

Thanks Jimmanuel,but I need a byte array, not a string. I have to consume a webservice that loads the fotos and the method requires a byte array base64. This is my problem

Thanks, its a good solution, but I need to consume a webservice that loads pictures (.jpg) to the site. The method requires a bytearray base64. This is my problem.
