HTML5 Appcache pb on safari when tying to sync with server side

I have an html5 app that work offline,
after getting online i sync the data to server side,
the problem that it works correctly on desktop chrome, mobile chrome (android)
other wise not working on safari of ipad when i try to add .appcache in IIS Mime Type
note when i add .appcache stop working even if the app is online, when i remove the appcache it's working fine
