Multiple Frame/View/Document in a SDI

In my current programming,I would like to get a new Frame/View/Document window by clicking on a certain menu item of the parent SDI.:confused:.And the new generated Frame/View/Document window should in the same process of the parent SDI.I have been learning the article "Multiple frame windows in SDI application" and "Multiple Top Level Windows",but the new Frame/View/Document windows in the aboved articles are in a new process,not in the same process with the parent SDI process.
What should i do to implement what i want? Any solutions or suggestions will be very grateful.
