wep parts in asp.net

Hello Friends,

I have a query related to wep parts. I want to edit url of the wep parts during loading time (dynamically by coding). I analysed the web parts at data base side. Web parts are saving in data base as a binary field. and it having complete details of the per page per user in single field, so there are many details including url of the web parts in the field. It is very difficult to edit url over there. It can be effect other setting of the page. So is there any way. Please suggest me customize design of data base side as well. I am using oracle data base to save these settings.

1) Is there any possibility to edit url at saving time of the web parts setting?
2) if can't save, then is it possible to edit the url when load the web parts in the page?

Please help.

Please clarify what url you are trying to modify? Is it a property of your web part?

The database doesnt have the webpart as a whole if you are talking about the personalization table.
The personalization table has only data about what all webparts are used by a particular user, their position ...
You can always create a webpart on the fly and can play around with its attributes..
