I designed a form with some controls. While I designed, the controls are looked in well format. But in running mode the controls are jumped and disordered form. I want to lock the control in design mode. Is there any possible?

Try to put them inside a HTML table and check.

It sounds like you are moving from Windows Forms to Web Forms. They are not alike at all. I suggest googling for css examples or how to use tables in html. Learning to do web layout is very different than Windows Forms. Whitespace will not stick in web forms so it will not look the way you lay it out in Visual Studio necessarily.

Either use divs with css or tables.
