Datatable Duplication and finding the number of occurance

I have a datatable and its having columns like

Date InvoiceNo

12/5/2014 IN14121581

12/5/2014 IN14121581

12/5/2014 IN14121581

12/5/2014 IN14121582

I need to find out the number of duplicates and append them at the end of the Invoice No. My output should be

Date InvoiceNo

12/5/2014 IN14121581A

12/5/2014 IN14121581B

12/5/2014 IN14121581C

12/5/2014 IN14121582

Is there any other way, i can do this?
