If you want someone to provide you with code, you're going to have to pay them.

Instead of taking on a project that you have no idea how to do, you should first learn how to do it and then agree to the project.

nobody's gonna provide code for what is clearly your assignment, not ours

It's YOUR project. You should work/code for it and get the grades accordingly. How can you even expect to drop by on a website and ask for code of YOUR project?

Here is what is expected by enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Try them and tell if you face issues.
Members will be more than happy to help like this.
