When initializing i am getting the error

Are you workign on Windows 8 Or Windows Server 2012?

If yes then :

Versions before 5.6 (build 5.6.712.421) of the Framework EDI is not supported by Windows 8 nor Windows Server 2012. You would need to update your current version of FREDI to resolve the issue.
