Hi,

I have some executables installed for some application (WRF) on Linux server and so my main task is to create a web service wrapper for each executable that constitutes this application. so where can I find a sample source code to create a web service wrapper for any placeholder executable?
Or can I find any article or any book which can help me out with my this task as I don't know from where or how I should start this?

What do you mean by "wrapper"? You want to expose a web method that allows you to call each EXE and get some result from that EXE (e.g., by reading in a file that the EXE's create)?

If yes, how can I do that?

Orif I have a ready made executable, how can I put it on web services?

First of all, a web service is not an exectuable file. A web service is hoster on a web server. So I'm not sure I understand your question correctly.

To create a web service without using WCF, see here[^].

At very high level, the function of a web service wrapper is to listen for SOAP calls and then call the application with the appropriate input XML. I found this information at http://www.devx.com/enterprise/Article/27882
I have a web service on a Linux server, and executable for all applications in that so how can I wrap them? or how can I create a web service wrapper?
I found lots of theoretical information about a web service wrapper but couldn't find a sample source code for any of it.

If you already have a webservice is already available on Linux, see if you can consume it in your client. If this works, you may not need a wrapper at all.

ok Abhinav, here is a little bit confusion. I beg your pardon for that. Forget about me having a webservice part.
