Hi, I have Win7 and a version of Ubuntu simultaneously installed on my PC. The question is that is it possible to install Windows 8 along side the other operating systems?

you can install it on a vm.. I have installed VirtualBox vm (Open source) and installed Windows 8 on it and I have Windows 7 and Ubuntu installed side by side so yes it is possible.

This is not the way I'm wishing for. I like to know if it is possible to do that without the virtual stuffs or not.

My Mac has OS X installed on one partition and Windows 8 installed in another partition. However, OS X comes with a utility called Boot Camp Assistant that facilitates this process, so I don't know how that'd work with Ubuntu / Windows 8 / Windows 7.
Here's an article that covers dual booting Windows 7 and Windows 8: http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-dual-boot-windows-7-and-windows-8/.

If you have enough space for another partition on your hard drive, there's no reason it shouldn't be possible. Windows 8 will probably trash GRUB if you use it as your boot loader though, so you might have to reinstall it afterwards. If you use the Windows bootloader it'll probably be fine.

Yes, it is very possible. I've done it.
I use EasyBCD to keep my bootloader straight.

Yes.
I have installed Windows 8 besides Windows 7 as dual boot OS and it works like charm. Now, I feel to get rid of Windows 7 after using Windows 8 quite for a while.
