There have been stories of people putting pets in microwaves to dry them. That is even worse, and leaves one hell of a mess.

The case was with a woman who used to put her cat in the oven for a few minutes to dry it after a bath.
Then she bought a microwave. Case closed.

I've been an advocate of post-natal abortion for a number of years now. I find that questions such as "did you keep the receipt?" when introduced to other peoples little darlings tends to have a small positive effect, but I am pro post-natal abortion only up to the 67th trimester. You have to draw a line somewhere! 
If you get an email telling you that you can catch Swine Flu from tinned pork then just delete it. It's Spam.
