Any company at the time of joining will ask for salary slips only if your previous company is well reputed and you are from the same with suitable proofs. If not they will peek through your background and will probe for bank statements and salary slips. This is the mandatory requirement you need to accomplish. No company will dare to hire if a candidate is unable to produce the documents specified by them. So its good to ask your current company to prepare a salary slip atleast for you.
I have offer letter which was given at the time of joining which indicate my joining salary... And this company will not give me salary slip but they can give me a leaving(Experience)letter in which they can provide last salary was taken. Since that company is not Government Registered thats why i cant show Form-16 or any bank statement..
Is it sufficient documents like Offer letter and leaving letter(Experience letter) with mentioning the last salary.
