How to Crystal Report Show in Client Machine?

Crystal report Data Some PC show.IE8 and IE9 Some pc doesn't show data.
For follwoing error occur

The Seagate software ActiveX Viewer is unable to create it's resource objects. To rectify this problem, Please instal internet explorer 4.0 or instal DCOM for windows 95 and the latest Microsoft Scripting Engine. These files are available at Microsoft's web site.

please help me

You must be using an old version of software.
What is the version of Crystal Reports are you using?
Also what software suite are you using?
