Creating Custom Page Layouts

Hii,

I am creating a custom page layout using Visual Studio.

I have created a module & inside that placing an xml & aspx file for page layout.

Everything works fine but when i add page layout to the new publishing page, Webparts starts appearing multiple times.

If i deploy again same webparts again gets rendered multiple times...

Anyone has any info reg. this ?
