How do we create a patch which can replace a dll of my application

Solution 1

As long as the classes/functions being used haven't changed signatures, you should be able to just drop in a new DLL with whatever changes needed.

i.e. if you have a function like this in the DLL: F(int first, int second) you're fine as long as you don't change it to F(int first, int second, int third) (unless it's never called of course).
