Is the CyclicReferencesAware attribute specific to WCF or I can use it in WPF? What is the corresponding namespace? I googled it but not found an example for wpf.

It is not a standard attribute defined in .NET - thus no corresponding/defined namespace.

Have a look at this example, attribute is user defined following certain rules: WCF cyclic references support[^]

If you want to create a custom attribute of your own, sure you should be able to in WPF too. Definition and details depend on you.
