how to detect mobile bluetooth from PC using J2ME

Hi friend I want to detect the bluetooth of my mobile (Samsung) from PC.it means i want an j2me application which will detect the bluetooth of mobile in PC & in java application i should find out is that bluetooth is connected or not to PC's blutooth.& it should automatically find out is that bluetooth is On or Off. So please help me. Thanks.
